Home / Projects / Leadership Development / Equipped to Go Pakistan
With a population of approximately 247.7 million people, Pakistan is about 96% Muslim. Christians are part of a small religious minority and are estimated to represent less than 1.27% of the population.
In this context, investing in national leaders and church planters is one of the most strategic ways to strengthen the local church and expand the reach of the Gospel.

This project exists to prepare a new generation of church planters and Christian leaders. In partnership with other organizations, we provide training, mentoring, and support so they are prepared to serve in their communities and in new mission fields.
The goal is not only to train leaders, but to prepare, send, and support Pakistani missionaries and church planters as they serve in the field.
Our strategy is built around four main areas.
| Leadership Training | Each group participates in an intensive five-month program designed to prepare church planters and future ministry leaders. The training combines biblical foundations, ministry development, and practical preparation for service. |
| Sending | After completing the training, qualified participants are mobilized and sent to serve in church planting and revitalization in different regions of Pakistan. |
| Ongoing Support | Our commitment does not end when the training is completed. We continue supporting missionaries and church planters as they enter the practical phase of ministry, helping them establish their ministry, make disciples, strengthen local churches, and continue the work of church planting and revitalization. |
| Multiplication | Our goal is not only to train and send leaders, but to establish an ongoing movement of multiplication in which equipped leaders can disciple others and strengthen the church for generations to come. |
Our investment in a missionary begins during training and continues as they are sent and begin serving in the field. We propose providing financial support for up to 36 months, beginning with the five-month training period and continuing through the missionary’s first years of active ministry.
| Single Missionary Monthly: US$100 Yearly: US$1,200 36 Months: US$3,600 |
Married Missionary Monthly: US$200 Yearly: US$2,400 36 Months: US$7,200 |
| Training | During the first five months, this monthly support helps future missionaries and church planters complete their training and prepare for ministry. |
| Sending | After completing the program, qualified participants are mobilized and sent to serve in church planting and revitalization. Their monthly support continues as they transition from training into the mission field. |
| Ongoing Field Support | Once in the field, the same monthly support continues as missionaries establish their ministry, make disciples, strengthen local churches, and work toward planting new churches.
Our goal is to walk alongside these missionaries through the critical first years of ministry, providing consistent support as they move from training to active service in the field. |
You can be part of this work by investing in a Pakistani missionary from training to the mission field. For US$100 or US$200 a month, you can help equip, send, and support a missionary through their first years of ministry.
By investing in national leaders, we hope to contribute to the advancement of the Gospel throughout the country. The project plans to:
