Our Leadership Team
Bruno Pupio
Co-Founder & PresidentBruno Pupio is the Co-Founder and President of Legacy Alliance. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Law and Theology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Theology.
With a background in leadership, ministry, and cross-cultural missions, Bruno has served alongside churches, missionaries, and local leaders in South America (Brazil), Africa (Mozambique), and Asia. He has been involved in training and equipping leaders, developing strategic partnerships, and mobilizing to advance the Gospel.
He is married to Thais, and they have two children.
Leandro Tinoco
Co-Founder & Vice PresidentLeandro Tinoco is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Legacy Alliance. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Theology and Chinese Language and Culture, a master’s degree in Biblical Leadership, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Missions and Church History.
Leandro served as a missionary in Asia for over 20 years and has extensive experience supporting and mentoring missionaries serving in different parts of the world. He is also a co-founder of Conectar–Reach International and Calvary Baptist Church in Goiânia, Brazil, where he serves as a pastor.
He is married to Flaviana, and they have two daughters.
Shaula Gleria
Treasurer & Board MemberShaula Gleria serves as Treasurer and a Board Member of Legacy Alliance. She is a Brazilian attorney with a specialization in Finance and Tax Law, Shaula also holds a master’s in theology and is currently deepening her expertise by pursuing an EdD in Organizational Leadership.
She has spent years pouring into youth leadership, community development, and discipleship. Driven by a deep passion for global missions, she has also served on mission trips across both Brazil and Europe.
She and her husband, Aldo, have been married for 11 years, and together they are raising their three children: Davi, Caleb, and Laura.
